Covers VLUNA’s runtime work: authorizing, metering, and gating every agent action in real time. Every customer pays this, whether you use VLUNA for monetization or just runtime cost control.

Applies when you sell credits to paying end users, regardless of which payment processor you use. Covers the monetization stack: plans, campaigns, dashboards. Internal-only usage (no customer-facing pricing plan) pays subscription + overage only.
